Associate: Delivery Driver, Floral and Event

All Associate level positions at Township Four require:

  • Excellent customer service - in person, phone and written communication

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs

  • Promptness - ability to follow a schedule

  • Ability to troubleshoot

  • Ability to pivot and follow directions as needed

  • Ability to work independently as needed

Delivery Associate Job Requirements:

  • Safe driving habits

  • Must have own vehicle that is suitable for general deliveries including larger floral pieces

  • Must have clean driving record with valid driver’s license, registration, insurance

  • Will be driving a work vehicle when it’s available

  • Ability to hand write cards and delivery envelopes

  • Ability to call customers to gather and verify information, as needed

  • Ability to use maps and GPS routing apps to navigate Berkshire County, familiarity with the Berkshires preferred

  • Ability to pack and transport delicate, temperature sensitive arrangements 

  • Ability to troubleshoot delivery issues independently and make on site decisions

  • May be required to work floral holidays and weekend days

  • Professional appearance and manner dealing with colleagues and customers

  • Other shop duties may involve but are not limited to, taking out trash, washing buckets, sweeping, fielding customer inquiries, ringing up customers at point of sale, etc

  • Hours have flexibility with a typical 9am or 10am start time

  • Shifts between 3 and 6 hours 

  • 9 to 20 hours a week, depending on shop or seasonal needs

  • May have a set schedule

  • Accrued Sick Time based on hours worked

  • Pay starts at $20/hour plus mileage when using own vehicle

  • This is a part time year round position
