This is a comprehensive list of our onsite wedding availability. This list is updated regularly, but may not reflect current availability. We are available for consultations now for weddings in 2026 and 2027.

We have July 25/26 available for weekend event work.
August
We have August 8/9 available for weekend event work.
September
We have no availability.
October
We have October 17/18, 24/25, and 31/1 available for weekend event work.
November and December
All weekends are available.
2027
We are available most weekends for 2027 except May 8/9, June 19/20, and September 18/19.

We have a $5000 minimum for on site wedding and larger event work throughout the year. This minimum includes material, labor, design, and installation fees. We are able to create for more intimate events for pick up or simple delivery.
A Practical Guide to Wedding Florals Pricing
Not every wedding is the same, let’s be honest and upfront. Not everyone has the same budget. And that is absolutely fine. We hope that this brief guide can help you in your wedding process. We create our floral plans based on our conversations with you and what you want for your celebrations, so these prices can and will change. We’ll amend this guide from time to time, of course, as needed.
Bride’s bouquet - $150 to $300
Bridesmaids bouquets - $75 to $150
Flowergirls - Coronets - $50 to $75 and baskets of petals $50
Boutonnieres and pin corsages - $20
Wrist corsages - $40 to $50
Rectangular arbor with florals on the corners, rented structure - $600 to $1000
Full statement of florals from ground up on a rented structure - $1500 to $4000
Chuppah, rented, with florals on the front and some interior $1000 - $1500
Full statement of florals for a chuppah, rented - $2500 - $7500
Aisle florals, beginning of the aisle - $400 - $1500
Aisle florals, running down the aisle - $75 to $250 per linear foot, per side
Centerpieces, stem vases rented - $15 to $25 each
Centerpieces, greenery garlands - $20 to $75 per linear foot
Centerpieces, classic round centerpiece low to table - $75 table of six, $100 to $250 table of eight or more
Centerpieces, compote raised 4” off table - $200 to $500
Centerpieces, tall 20” or higher - $400 to $1500
Candles - votives $3 to $8, tapers $20 incl. rented chimney, pillars $10 to $20, floating $6 to $10; LED candles can be slightly cheaper
Hanging florals/greeneries over a 16’ rectangular head table or dance floor - $1000 - $10000
Florals/greeneries for a tall tent pole - $250 - $2500
Decor pieces, cocktail hour, bars, welcome table, mantels, cake/dessert, etc. - $500 to $2500 depending on size of wedding and venue
Massachusetts sales tax is 6.25% of the materials cost
Labor - add 25% to 35% of the material subtotal for week of, design, processing, creating, delivery, set up, breakdown, recovery, and cleaning labor costs
Common budgets for weddings based on size: 50 or fewer guests - $3000 to $5000; 50 to 75 guests - $5000 to $7000; 75 to 125 guests - $7000 - $8500; 125 to 150 guests - $8500 to $9500; 150 to 200 guests - $10000 - $12000; 200 guests or more - $12000+
This is not to dissuade anyone from reaching out about your own event; but rather, to help educate what florals can easily cost for very common areas of a wedding or other large party. This is not a quote without a consultation and a written Floral Plan. This pricing guide may change at any time.
